That the Parliament congratulates the team at Rockvale Rebound, Dumbarton's talking newspaper group, on the charity's 30th anniversary; notes that Rockvale Rebound was established in May 1981 to provide a talking newspaper for visually impaired people living in Dumbarton and the Vale of Leven; understands that the service was founded by Bobby Simpson who continues to serve as chair of the organisation; notes that all members are volunteers who kindly give up their spare time to provide what it considers this important service, and congratulates all of those involved at Rockvale Rebound on reaching this important milestone.
